Club Baccara is one of the better go-gos in Pattaya. Located in the heart of Walking Street, it’s hard for you to miss it. There are so many places to spend your money and time mongering in Pattaya, it’s hard to pick one out and say that is the best. Everybody has different tastes and likes, in women and style of bars. When in Pattaya, some people prefer the beer bars while others prefer the go-go clubs. Whatever your preference may be, Baccara is definitely worth a peek.
Soi Cowboy in Bangkok has the original Baccara and it was only a matter of time before one was opened up in Pattaya. This club offers some stunners, but of course with that you can expect to pay more if you decide to one of these ladies home. The prices here are similar to the other high-priced go-go bars on Walking Street.
The club has two levels. The first floor has a nice setup with decent decor and a large stage in the center of the club. The second floor is more intimate and and contains a fireman’s pole. The rather unique thing about this bar is the see-through (glass) floor on the second floor which obviously is situated above the stage on the first floor. When they decide to put their second set of dancers on the floor above, you will get a clear view of the bottomless dancers. The fact that you may not be able to see their face (from below) is not necessarily a bad thing either. I always enjoy having a variety of ways to check out the women when I’m out drinking.
The only problem with the girls upstairs is that you don’t get a good view from most of the club. You really have to be sitting next to the stage to enjoy the up-skirt shot from the angels above. I personally prefer the setup in the club in Bangkok on Soi Cowboy better than that in Pattaya, but that is simply personal preference.
Another thing that annoys me about Baccara, along with other clubs like Happy a go-go, is the fact that they have male servers. I prefer to have an all woman staff, aside from bartenders, DJs and security. I can’t stand men serving me drinks in go-go bars; it is definitely one of my pet peeves.
Aside from those couple of negative aspects, it is still a top flight venue because after all, they do have quality girls in Baccara. The music is pretty good and this bar usually attracts a pretty good crowd, so on busy nights it may be difficult to find a good seat. To avoid that inconvenience, make sure to get there early. That will also give you first choice on the more talented ladies because they tend to get snatched up early and often.
